Our Philosophy

Divine Fitness Trainers are dedicated to delivering the results you desire. Your hard work and determination coupled with our experience and drive ensure that your fitness goals are not only met, but exceeded.

We use a combination of training methods, all geared towards your personal fitness goals. TRX Bands, Bosu Balls, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls and a Max Rack Smith machine are just a few of the toys in our arsenal. The Studio is also equipped with a brand new, functional training matrix known as The Grid Workout System.  Its myriad uses and forward-thinking design make it a natural choice for use at Divine Fitness.

We love to mix and match workout styles to fit each client.  Trainers have the freedom to create totally unique workouts utilizing traditional training methods, boot camp style training, yoga-centric training as well as boxing routines to challenge our clients day in and day out.  A major feature of Divine Fitness's training is our stretch routine.  Every session ends with a passive stretch designed to speed muscle recovery, prevent injury, promote flexibility and joint health while relieving stress.  It's the cherry on top at the end of a tough workout.  Because of this consistent stretch routine, our clients experience gains in flexibility, elimination of lower back pain, reduction of Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS) and improvements in circulation.
